Manifest Windows XP
Data Containers ~ Backups
nIn most cases, you only need to maintain three (3) data containers on your system as follows:
¨Your Production Data Container
ne.g.  Manifest Data DZ Name.mdb
¨The most recent backup of your production data container
ne.g.  Manifest Data DZ Name Backup 2010.11.12 @ 15.18.26.mdb
¨A recent copy of your production data container for Training
ne.g.  Manifest Data TRAINING.mdb
nThis will keep things simple and help reduce the chances of selecting the wrong file for production use.
nYou may also want to maintain a copy of the ‘Demo’ data containers for reference & training.  However, once you have been using the application for a few months, you should delete the ‘Demo’ data containers from your system to avoid confusion.
