Great software, greater guy and support! Coming from a small 182 DZ, club run too, we really hadn't messed too much with the need for a manifest program. We'd been happy with our pens and paper and some software but felt the need to upgrade to something new. We looked into the other software packages available but for the cost, just wasn't worthwhile for us. We had looked into Manifest Windows XP and DJ about a year or so before though the club didn't feel the need to switch over. Finally I convinced them that it was time for a change. I contacted DJ and was quickly emailed and offered a walk through of the software and on that first day I was convinced and just needed a majority vote from the club. DJ spent about 4-5 hours the very first day walking me through all the windows, functions and teaching me how to use the software so I fully understood it's potential. I also suggested things that might work better for our operation to which he promptly took note and said he'd include it for us. The decision to purchase the software was a quick one. Once everything was set up he then did an online demo for 3 of the other club members one evening and showed them the uses of the software. From there to now I'd estimate DJ and I have spent on the upside of 20 hours going over what can make the software better for our DZ. All of his time, support and additions free of charge, part of the package and what a package it is. You could never beat his service he provides, dedication to his software and how he stands by it. I'd strongly suggest it to any DZ, large or small and the cost is unbeatable, only $300. Microsoft doesn't even stand by their products and support as much as he does. We've been using 'Manifest Windows XP' since March of 2002 and from the very beginning it has helped our business tremendously! It has saved our staff time at the end of the day with balancing. This program is easy to use too, you see who is at the DZ for the day and don't have to see anyone's name from the members list if they aren't there. We can keep track of the time on our aircraft and schedule maintenance. There are so many benefits to using the program that I couldn't possibly list them all. I've enjoyed having 'Manifest Windows XP' very much.

We find Manifest Windows XP to be very user friendly and makes the task of running a drop zone much easer than the old paper way we used before. DJ and 'Manifest Windows XP' are great. The program has simplified our tasks in manifest, by eliminating allot of paper work. I feel that I have allot more hair left at the end of the Day. Making me look better at the DZ parties. DJ is wonderful at technical support, always willing to answer any questions and always sending updates of the program. If your tired of pulling out hair and piles of paper give 'Manifest Windows XP' a chance to help out! Thanks DJ for helping relieve the stress.

When we first decided to upgrade from our previous DOS based manifest software to something a little more modern I did not expect to find a product and/or service like what is on offer from 'DiGiaCom'. I had done a lot of research on the software available commercially, and due to the time and cost involved with replacement of the software wanted to make the correct decision. After examining a number of options I was impressed by the personal approach by DJ and looked more closely at Manifest Windows XP. I was impressed by the number of features, ease of use, and the point-and-click capabilities of the software. Since purchase of the software I have been very impressed with all of the features of Manifest Windows XP. Our DZ operates two aircraft in two different locations, and we do have some DZ specific intricacies that needed to be taken into account. DJ has modified the software to suit us personally, and has always been there for training, or queries. All too often I am happy with the product and can overlook the lack of service by the provider, but in this instance I am completely happy; the service provided is second-to-none. I thoroughly recommend Manifest Windows XP to any DZ of any size. The product is world class and the service is five star. Thank you DJ for both the product and your service.

A short note regarding the manifest program Pretoria Skydiving Club purchased from you in November 2003. It must be said that this program is a winner. We have found the program to be of immense help to our operation of our skydiving club. I would like to compliment you on a great program and a job well done. From the first instance of installation we have found the setting up and daily running of the program to be easy to use, bear in mind that our manifest officer is not a frequent user of computers and he had no problems in learning how to use the program. Another fantastic feature is being able to communicate with you via MSN or email with virtual immediate answers to any queries or problems we may have picked up. I like the fact that the program is constantly updated and we can download the update from your web site as soon as you make it available resulting in us being able to use the latest version of the program at all times. Lastly we found the implementing of any special requests into the program a great help to us. Please keep up the good work, and once again thanks for all your help.
